Don't forget you have 45 full days to try out the flip-flops at your leisure! We don't demand that you return them "new in packaging" – sometimes it takes a moment for your foot to get used to the new comfort. If you still decide it's not a good fit, we're here for you, no pressure.
How does it work? 3 simple steps

Click on the yellow button above and enter your order number and email address.
2. Choose
Select the items and indicate whether you want credit, a size exchange, or a refund.
3. Send
You will receive clear instructions for packing and shipping, then send the package back to us.

Warehouse operating hours:
- Sunday-Wednesday: 08:00–14:30
- Thursday: 08:00–13:00
When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued to the original payment method you used within up to 7 business days from the moment the package arrives to us. (There might be a slight delay depending on your credit card company).
