How to choose the correct size?
To ensure an accurate fit – measure your foot or an existing slipper with a ruler and compare it to the table.
Please note: If you are measuring an old pair of Bumpers slippers, they may be about 0.5 to 1 cm longer than what is listed in the table.
If the winter slipper is narrow and you can't get your foot in, even though the length is right, it might be due to the slipper's narrow design and a sewing elastic located at the top of the opening.
To solve this, firmly pull the top part of the slipper upwards until you hear a slight 'knack' sound,
which releases the sewing elastic.
This action will widen the area and allow for easier foot entry.
There's no need to worry – the product will not be damaged by this action, and in any case, we authorize exchange or return even if the slipper still doesn't fit you after the release.
