At Bumpers, we have chosen social action as an integral part of our essence. We believe that everyone should be given an equal opportunity, which is why we have chosen to integrate the "Reut" association into the core process of the business.
The entire delivery process – from product packaging to customer service – is carried out largely by people with disabilities, who are regularly integrated into professional, respectful, and meaningful work.
The Reut Association accompanies over 1,000 participants in community rehabilitation processes throughout the country, in a variety of employment frameworks such as supported housing, rehabilitation communities, employment clubs, sheltered workshops, and more.
