Returns, exchanges & refunds policy

Delivery service:

  • Deliveries leave us via a distribution point (business) near you (costing 15 NIS) or via a courier service to your home (25 NIS).
  • You can also pick up from us free of charge upon arrival at our warehouse – Naftali Palatin 3, Rishon LeZion (by arrangement with us).
  • Delivery times are usually up to 5 business days from the date of order, of course we will try to deliver the product as quickly as possible. The products will be sent to you with the HFD shipping company.
  • Most orders will reach you within 3 business days or less.

Replacements:

  • If the flip-flops sent to you do not fit you, you can exchange them with a courier (for a cost of 30 NIS shipping fees).
  • In addition, you can exchange the products free of charge by contacting us and trying to find a convenient solution for exchange at one of the stores that markets us (depending on the inventory available in the store and its consent) or by coming to our warehouse - Naftali Platin 3, Rishon LeZion (in coordination with us).

Warranty and purchase conditions:

  • You can receive a full refund on the cost of the product, for 45 days from receipt of the product, provided that the product is in perfect condition as you received it in its original packaging. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • The responsibility and payment for shipping the product back to us (in the amount of 25 NIS) will be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the credit amount.
  • We provide a full six-month warranty on the flip-flops under reasonable use against defects in the straps. If the product becomes damaged during this period, please contact us and we will take care of it as soon as possible!
  • The purchaser on the site confirms that he is 18 years of age or older. Purchases by a minor under the age of 18 are subject to the approval of his parents or guardian.
  • Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981
  • The company and/or anyone on its behalf will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that may result from the use of a product purchased on the site. The information appearing on the site and/or in the various forums does not constitute professional advice, a recommendation or an authorized opinion, and should not be relied upon as such. Any use of the aforementioned information is at the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Privacy and data security - We promise to keep the information you give us only to operate the store and process your orders - and not for anything else. All details are stored on the company's servers with standard protection measures (such as encryption and regular backups), and we will not transfer them to an external party except for suppliers that are necessary to operate the service (for example, the delivery company). The only person who uses the information is us, and in the most protected way possible.
