How to choose your Bumpers size
Measure using the size chart. Sizes come in pairs (e.g. 39-40) — no half sizes.
Between two sizes? We recommend the larger one.
The first days can feel snug — the material softens and molds to your foot. Give it a day or two before deciding to exchange.
Important: If you measure your old Bumpers flip-flops — they will be larger than the chart size (e.g. a worn 39-40 ≈ the length of a new 41-42).

Which size should I choose?
Sizes match your usual shoe size. If you're between sizes, go for the larger one. The flip-flops adapt to the shape of your foot.
How does it feel? Don't the nubs hurt?
Some customers fall in love from the very first moment, while others go through a short adjustment period, just like with a massage: a little intense at first, then pure fun. We recommend starting gradually and listening to your body: a few minutes or hours a day, building up at your own pace. Within a few days you'll feel the difference and understand why thousands of our customers never take their Bumpers off. By the way, if your feet feel sensitive at first, that's actually a good sign they need Bumpers!
What if they don't fit me?
You have 45 days to fall in love. If for any reason you're not happy, you can exchange them or get a full refund. We want you to be happy with your choice.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within about 3–5 business days, anywhere in Israel.
What is the product warranty?
We give a six-month warranty on strap defects under normal use. If anything happens, just contact us and we'll replace them.
Where can I try on the flip-flops?
We have dozens of retail locations across Israel. You can find the store nearest you on our store map. We also offer a 45-day trial with the option to return or exchange.

בהתחלה, כשקיבלתי את הנעליים, הבנתי שצריך להתרגל אליהן בהדרגה וללכת איתן קצת בכל יום. אחרי כמה ימים, הכאבים גרמו לי פשוט להוריד אותן ולחזור לנעליים הרגילות שלי. אמרתי לעצמי: איך אנשים אוהבים את זה בכלל? 😅
אבל בכל זאת החלטתי להמשיך ולתת להן צ'אנס. מיום ליום הגדלתי את הזמן שנעלתי אותן — בהתחלה שעה ביום, אחר כך חצי יום, עד שמצאתי את עצמי נועלת אותן במשך יום שלם!
